We got a room with a tub. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the staff were outstandingly accommodating. Location: the hotel was close enough to Copper Canyon and the train station and Mexico. Besides, it was 10 min drive to Chihuahua Train.

The room was comfortable and had enough space for two people. The bed was cozy and had many pillows. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was near to the main attractions we wanted to visit. The breakfast was tasty, they offered delicious waffles and a good coffee. The staff was friendly and attentive, always greeting us with a smile.

Our romantic escape turned out to be a disaster due to the lack of cleanliness in the hotel. Our room was not properly cleaned when we arrived, and we had to request more than once for it to be done properly.

We loved the complementary breakfast and shuttle service to key attractions. the beds were very comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. the location was perfect for our needs, with many restaurants and shopping centers nearby. Another great advantage was the pool and hot tub.

the cleanliness could have been improved, especially in the pool area, which had a strong odor and was not well-maintained.

The rooms at Microtel were super clean and the beds were very comfortable. I really appreciated the staff's accommodation during my 12-night stay. Despite a few minor flaws in the breakfast and water pressure, the location of the hotel was great. It was only 50m from a place with delicious food. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff provided good room service. The beds were cozy and comfortable, giving us a good night's sleep. The facilities of the hotel were quite satisfactory, with a decent pool and a comfortable Jacuzzi to relax in.

There were serious cleanliness issues that were very off-putting. Our first room had unsanitary conditions, including remnants of human waste in the toilet. The pool was dirty, and there were visible stains on the walls. The pool area wasn't clean either, with bits of hair scattered on the floor. The fragrance of the pool was ghastly. the lack of hygiene was disappointing and highly inconvenient for us.
